As a Paris based photographer I often get asked not only for love story or wedding sessions, but also for some individual portraits in the city. Most often those are fashion and lifestyle bloggers who come to Paris to attend a fashion week or just for a visit and would like to have some of their blog streetstyle and outfits of the day photos taken in the beautiful setting of Paris. Specially for the fashion and lifestyle bloggers I offer a "Paris sessions" that focus on streetstyle and personal branding. You can see more examples my portfolio HERE.
Meet Sruti, a gorgeous Londoner with Indian roots, whose blog Love and Blossoms is all about cruelty-free and eco friendly fashion choices. And let me tell you - she really does stand for what she preaches! I questioned her about every look that we photographed together and didn't find any leather goodies!
For our Paris session we have started at the beginning of Avenue Montaigne by the metro stop Franklin Roosevelt and walked all the way down to Alma-Marceau. This street happens to be a home to most of the famous brands stores in a gorgeous old Parisian buildings setting - perfect for capturing the atmosphere of this city. We then continued via Passerelle Debilly to Rue de l'Université for some views of the Eiffel Tower. We ended up right at the base of the Iron Lady, which is a view that may soon become difficult for photoshoots as they are going to build a 2,5m tall prexiglass wall surrounding the tower for protection and it may be rather visible on close-up shots. Finally we traveled across the city for our final location - Place Vendôme, which is one of the gems of Paris not far away from the Tuileries gardens in walking distance from Concorde. The entire shoot took us just 2 hours and we have spent a wonderful time together!
